A few things that come up often between appointments, gathered here so you have them in one place.
Your supplement orders through Fullscript ship directly and are always at practitioner-dispensary quality. If something on your plan is out of stock, the dispensary will show the nearest equivalent.
Treatment plans from your appointments are available in the Jane patient portal under the Documents tab. If you have questions about your care plan after reviewing it, reach out by email or phone during clinic hours.
Lab results and outside medical records can be faxed to (360) 687-7800. Please include your name and date of birth on any incoming fax so records are matched to your chart correctly.
The Clinical Journal is where Dr. Grover publishes clinical observations, case notes, and condition-specific information between appointments. It is a good reference point if you want to read more about what you discussed.
