Many patients arrive at Holisma Healthcare after years of doing everything right, seeing their primary care physician, completing lab panels, following the recommended protocols, and still feeling profoundly unwell. Their labs come back “normal.” Their provider says it is probably stress, probably age, probably something they need to manage rather than resolve.
Dr. Grover hears this regularly. And her response is the same: there are answers beyond standard testing, and finding them requires time, depth, and a clinical framework built around causes rather than categories.
Holisma Healthcare is an adjunctive practice, which means Dr. Grover works alongside your existing medical team rather than replacing them. She brings a longer appointment, a wider lens, and a different set of questions.
Dr. Grover received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, and holds a Washington State naturopathic license. Before entering medical training, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science at the University of Washington, a foundation that shaped her understanding of health as a relationship between body, environment, and history.
Her clinical training spans chronic homeopathic prescribing, homeoprophylaxis, UNDA numbers, herbal medicine, nutrition, detoxification, and physical medicine techniques including craniosacral therapy, the Bilateral Nasal Specific (BNS) procedure, and naturopathic manipulation. She has completed hundreds of hours of advanced homeopathic training, including coursework with internationally recognized clinician Dr. André Saine, ND.
Symptoms are the body's communication; they point toward something, rather than being the thing itself. Before recommending a protocol, Dr. Grover works to understand what the symptom pattern is indicating about the underlying state of health.
Holisma Healthcare functions as adjunctive support. Dr. Grover coordinates her recommendations with your primary care team, adds a second opinion on labs, and fills the gaps that a conventional appointment structure leaves open.
A treatment plan is only as effective as its fit. Recommendations are grounded in what is clinically indicated and calibrated to what a patient can realistically sustain, whether that means a single targeted protocol or a phased approach over several months.
The first visit spans 90 minutes. Dr. Grover reviews your medical history, prior labs, past treatments, and the broader context of your health: sleep, relationships, stress history, environment. You have time to tell your story.
Bring any labs from the past 12 months or get booked for new ones. Dr. Grover reviews them through a naturopathic lens, identifying functional patterns that may fall outside conventional reference ranges but still carry clinical significance.
You leave with a step forward: holistic protocol recommendations, lifestyle and nutritional guidance, supplement considerations where indicated, and any additional lab orders. Your plan is built around your specific case.
Two to three weeks after your first visit, you meet again to review new lab results and assess how the initial recommendations are landing. Subsequent visits are scheduled as your case requires; monthly check-ins are common.
Holisma Healthcare is an adjunctive, specialty practice; Dr. Grover works alongside your primary care physician, not in place of one.

Dr. Mikailah Grover, ND
Holisma Healthcare is a specialty naturopathic practice, not a primary care clinic. Dr. Grover provides in-depth, root-cause evaluation and naturopathic treatment that works alongside the care you receive from your primary physician, specialists, or other providers. She does not serve as a patient’s only medical provider.
