Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24-hour notice are charged 50% of the anticipated office visit charges. Missed appointments (no-call, no-shows) are charged 100% of the anticipated office visit charges. A card on file is required to book, and in the event of a late cancellation or no-call/no-show, the card on file in Jane is charged automatically.
